A whole house for 16–37
Six rooms, or both houses

Past what Dream Come True takes on standard occupancy it comes down to two steps: first the six-room house at Wish Come True (18 guests, or 20 with extra beds), and beyond that both houses booked together — up to 33, or 37 with extra beds.

Where one house stops

16 to 18: the six-room house at Wish Come True takes it on its own — the simplest arrangement in this range: one house, one group, one rate.

19 to 20: still the six rooms at Wish Come True; anyone beyond standard occupancy counts as an extra bed, up to 2.

21 and up: one house cannot take it, so both are booked together. That rate is quoted by our housekeeper from your dates and what is free in each house. There is no published price, not because we hold it back, but because it genuinely moves with both houses.

There is one more route the table above leaves out: the five rooms at Dream Come True with 2 extra beds reach 17 guests at a lower room rate than the six rooms at Wish Come True, though the beds cost extra. For 16–17 guests, which works out cheaper depends on the date — ask about both. We default to recommending the plan that needs no extra beds.

Wish Come True is the only six-room house of the two — the largest single-house group starts here.

What booking both houses actually looks like

The two are separate buildings, not one connected space — each with its own living room, kitchen and bathrooms, and its own full set of BBQ, KTV, electric mahjong and splash pool. Door to door across one lane, seconds apart on foot.

For a large group that usually helps rather than hinders: two things can run at once — KTV in one house, mahjong in the other; the children in the pool on one side while the adults grill on the other; late nights and early nights separate themselves without anyone having to compromise.

  • Three generations — older family in the ground-floor room at Wish Come True, the younger ones at Dream Come True.
  • A company trip — open both houses, and the evening has a KTV and a mahjong table on each side.
  • A club or a team — numbers move right up to departure; ask about a range first and adjust once it settles.
  • A hen or stag night, or a birthday — one house for the party, one for sleeping, and the noise stays where it belongs.
  • The living room at Dream Come True, sofas facing the television wall, the shared space belonging to this house

  • The lounge at Wish Come True, a second set of sofas and seating, a separate space from the one at Dream Come True

Booking both gives you two spaces like these, not one large one — the single most useful thing to know before deciding.

Questions we get about large groups

Why is there no published price beyond 20 guests?

Booking both houses together is quoted by our housekeeper from your dates and what is free in each house at the time. There is no fixed list price, so we do not publish one. Every single-house plan is published in full.

Is booking both houses the same as two separate bookings?

It is one group, arranged in one go. The two houses stand opposite each other on the same lane, seconds apart on foot — but they are two separate buildings, each with its own living room, kitchen, bathrooms and equipment. They are not connected inside.

Can 18 guests still fit in one house?

Yes. Wish Come True has six rooms and a standard occupancy of 18, or 20 with extra beds — the largest group one house can take. Beyond that you need both.

With this many people, is there enough to go round?

The BBQ, KTV, electric mahjong, splash pool and kitchen are all included, with no extra charge and no booking needed. With both houses you get two of everything, so two different things can be happening at once.

Is there enough parking?

Each house has its own free parking, and white-line street parking nearby is usually easy to find. For a large group, tell us how many cars are coming.

Send your dates and group size

You do not need to pick a house or a room count first. Send your dates and how many are coming, and we will confirm what is free, which house fits and the actual rate.
