Whole-house stays in Hengchun
How many rooms for 1 to 37 guests
A whole-house rate follows how many rooms you open, not how many people come. The table below maps each party size to the smallest plan that fits, which house can take it, and the off-season weekday rate — find your row, then read that range in detail.

The price shown is the off-season weekday room rate of the suggested plan and excludes extra beds (NT$300 per person on weekdays, NT$500 on weekends and holidays). If your group size sits on the boundary between two plans, whether an extra bed or one more room works out cheaper depends on the date — ask about both. The final plan and rate are confirmed by our housekeeper from your dates and availability.

Three to five rooms. Both houses handle it at the same off-season weekday rate, though weekends and Lunar New Year differ. The choice mostly comes down to where the splash pool sits and whether there is a ground-floor room.

The BBQ, KTV, electric mahjong and splash pool are all included, whatever the group size, at no extra charge.
Three things to know before reading the table
- The rate follows rooms, not people. 7 guests and 11 guests pay the same for the same three rooms.
- The smallest plan that fits is not always the most comfortable. The table gives the cheapest arrangement that sleeps everyone; open one more room to spread out, and the rate follows the room count.
- There is no public availability calendar. Room status comes from our housekeeper's own booking records, so send your dates to find out.
Common questions
Is there a minimum party size for a whole-house stay?
No. The rate follows how many rooms you open, not how many people come — two guests can take two rooms, and six can open three.
Why do some party sizes have no price?
Group sizes one house cannot take need both houses booked together, and that rate is quoted by our housekeeper from your dates and what is free in each house — there is no list price for it. Every single-house plan is published in full on the range pages.
What if our group size falls between two plans?
Anyone beyond a room's standard occupancy counts as an extra bed, up to 2 (NT$300 per person on weekdays, NT$500 on weekends and holidays). When you are one or two over, whether an extra bed or one more room works out cheaper depends on the date — ask about both.
Can both houses be booked together?
Yes. Dream Come True and Wish Come True stand opposite each other on the same lane; together they take up to 33 guests, or 37 with extra beds.
Not sure? Just ask
You do not need to work out the room count first. Send your dates and how many are coming, and we will confirm what is free, which house fits and the actual rate.
