1. Count your group, then the rooms
Whole-house rates depend on how many rooms you open, not how many people come, so there is no minimum group size. Count who is definitely coming, then see how many rooms you need: Dream Come True has 5 bedrooms for up to 15 guests; Wish Come True has 6 bedrooms for up to 18 guests; the two houses face each other and can be booked together for up to 37 guests with extra beds.
If you are slightly over, extra beds are available — up to 2 per house, NT$300 per person on weekdays and NT$500 on holidays.
For a big family trip, count who is definitely coming, then work out the rooms.
2. What "whole house" actually includes
Not every "whole-house" listing means the house is yours alone — some rent out a few rooms while the lounge is shared with another group. One question settles it: "Are the lounge, kitchen, barbecue area and KTV only for our group?"
With us, however many rooms you open, the shared spaces belong to a single group. Smaller groups do not need the full house — you can also choose a Any 4 rooms (up to 13 guests), Any 3 rooms (up to 11 guests), Any 2 rooms (up to 6 guests).
During your stay, the lounge and other shared spaces are for your group only.
3. Check the dates first, then divide by headcount
Whole-house rates in Kenting change a lot with the calendar. Taking the whole of Dream Come True (5 bedrooms, 15 guests) as an example:
- Off-season weekdays NT$12,000 a night about NT$800 per person
- Long holidays NT$20,000 a night about NT$1,333 per person
- Chinese New Year NT$23,000 a night about NT$1,533 per person
If your dates are flexible, avoiding long holidays is usually the best value. It is also worth checking how to pay: with us you can pay by card on arrival or use the National Travel Card; the deposit is paid by bank transfer.
4. Barbecue, KTV, mahjong, splash pool — ask about the details
Rather than asking whether these four are available, ask how they work. Both houses have BBQ area, KTV karaoke, Automatic mahjong table and a splash pool, all included at no extra charge.

- How late can you sing? — KTV hours are 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM, leaving the evening quiet for everyone to rest.
- How big and deep is the pool? — both houses have a splash pool 60 cm deep, on the upstairs balcony at Dream Come True and in the ground-floor covered courtyard at Wish Come True. It suits children playing and adults cooling their feet; if swimming matters to you, a nearby beach is easy to fit into your plans.
- How does the barbecue work? — grills, charcoal and food are handled differently everywhere; ours is explained on the barbecue page.
5. Stay in Hengchun or on Kenting Main Street?
Both work — it depends on how you like to travel. If you want the night market every evening within walking distance, staying near Main Street is the most convenient; if you prefer quiet nights, Hengchun is more relaxed.
Both our houses are in Hengchun, a 10 min drive to Kenting Main Street. Dream Come True has 3 free dedicated parking spaces and Wish Come True has 4 free dedicated parking spaces; roadside parking along nearby white lines is also possible, though not guaranteed.
Drive to the coast for the day, then head back to Hengchun for a quiet night.
6. Read the rules first, so nothing catches you out
- Check-in / check-out: 3:00 PM / 11:00 AM
- We cannot host pets at the moment; no smoking indoors
- The deposit is no more than 30% of the total, or up to 50% for 3+ nights over a public holiday; cancel 14 or more days before check-in for a full refund of the deposit, stepping down after that
7. Different trips, different priorities
- Family trips — decide where older relatives will sleep. Neither house has a lift, so travelling with older relatives you may prefer Wish Come True, which has a ground-floor bedroom; please check steps and bathroom access with the concierge first.
- Friends and reunions — KTV, mahjong and the barbecue get the most use, so ask about hours and preparation in advance.
- Company trips — larger groups can book both houses together, up to 37 guests; the houses face each other, so meeting up is easy. If you need a receipt for expense claims, just let the concierge know when you book.
- Travelling with children — the splash pool and family rooms matter most; ask the concierge which house suits your children's ages.
Travelling with children, the splash pool and play area get the most use.
