Booking both houses

The two houses face each other across the same lane and can be booked together: 33 guests on standard beds, up to 37 with 2 extra beds added in each house.

They are two separate houses, each with its own living room, kitchen, bathrooms and full set of facilities, not connected inside.

Each house hosts only one whole-house group per day, so the house is yours alone.

Rates for both houses are quoted by the concierge according to your dates and availability; there is no published price.

  • Groups above 20 one house tops out at 20 with extra beds, so a bigger group needs both
  • Two families travelling together each house has its own living room and facilities, so you can keep separate evenings and share the days
  • Three generations Wish Come True has a ground-floor bedroom; neither house has a lift
  • Company trips each house has its own KTV room and automatic mahjong table
  • The living room at Wish Come True: a separate seating area, independent of Dream Come True
  • The living room at Dream Come True: sofa and TV wall that belong to this house alone

Frequently asked questions

Is there a whole-house stay in Hengchun for 30 or more people?

Yes. One house takes at most 20 guests with extra beds, so a group of 30 or more books both houses together: 33 guests on standard beds, up to 37 with extra beds. The two houses face each other and each is a separate house with its own kitchen and facilities. Rates for both are quoted by the concierge according to your dates.

Can I book both houses together?

Yes. Dream Come True and Wish Come True face each other on the same lane and can be booked together for 33 guests on standard beds, or up to 37 with extra beds. Ask the concierge on LINE with your dates and group size.

Is there a minimum group size for a whole-house booking?

No. The rate depends on how many rooms you open, not how many people come. Both houses let you open only some of the rooms, for example Any 4 rooms (up to 13 guests), Any 3 rooms (up to 11 guests), Any 2 rooms (up to 6 guests).

Do the houses have KTV and a splash pool?

Yes, both do. Each house has a KTV room (1:00 PM – 10:00 PM), an automatic mahjong table, a BBQ area and a splash pool, plus kitchen, kids play area, washing machine, free bikes, free Wi-Fi. Both are splash pools, 60 cm deep. At Dream Come True the pool is on an upstairs balcony; at Wish Come True it is in the ground-floor courtyard beside the BBQ area.

Will other guests be staying in the house at the same time?

No. Each house hosts only one whole-house group per day, so the whole house is used by your group alone.

Which house fits a group of 18?

Wish Come True. It has 6 rooms and sleeps 18 on standard beds, up to 20 with extra beds, so a group of 18 fits in one house without extra beds. Dream Come True sleeps 15 on standard beds and 17 with extra beds.

How many people can both houses sleep together?

It depends on extra beds. Without them, the two houses together sleep 33 (15 + 18); with 2 extra beds added in each house, they sleep up to 37 (17 + 20). Extra beds are arranged and charged separately; just tell the concierge your group size when you book.
